Another most important factor that parents should understand is that if a child shows interest in any kind of field in which their parents are not interested in then it is widely overlooked. This should not happen; in fact they should be encouraged more so that they can continue with their interest and become a successful man or women.
Job insecurity is happening so much nowadays that there has to be careers advice. It is difficult to advice a person who is already engaged in a job market and who has already chosen his profession and is well established. A college student or a graduate when seeks advice then they should be given complete help so that they have the joy for lifetime. It would be a priceless gift for them. Counselors should make them understand that job is not important, what is more important is the career. Only advice does not help at times. Young people also need lot of encouragement.
A counselor when giving career coach they should also remember to advice them to do good work. Counselor should also help them to develop their skill set. Help them to believe in themselves. In that way young people would definitely move forward with their career goals and therefore become a part of a success story.
