For many individuals, the bartender could be the unofficial party master, providing alcohol masterpieces especially during festivities. Unbeknownst to many people, they're tasked to guarantee the well-being of the consumers. In reality, before any individual can serve liquor, they are expected to have a certificate called Responsible Service of Alcohol or an RSA. States demand this certificate for folks offering, supplying or marketing liquor. This may involve licensees, security staff, club employees, floor workers, advertising staff, administrators or proprietors, or even volunteers. Essentially, an RSA Certificate training program prepares employees for the duties that come together with promoting and offering alcoholic drinks.
In line with the Bureau of Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Economics, there has been a stable decrease in deaths caused by vehicular accidents. However, according to statistics provided by the Transport Council, driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol continues to be the second leading reason for fatal car accidents, comprising 30% of the total.
It's for this reason that necessitates the need for RSA. In spite of the advancement in reducing the quantity of fatal auto accidents, still needs to enforce methods that can efficiently avoid, otherwise curtail, accidents of driving while intoxicated.
But how do you stop accidents with just an RSA? Different states can have various RSA Certificate training courses, however all of them possess one thing in common, which is to responsibly provide and supply alcohol to consumers. This contains distinguishing situations where it could be dangerous for the customer to get one more drink. Usually, an RSA Certificate training program provides a trainee understanding of the consequences of alcohol to the body system and ways to prevent substantial intake, the best way to refuse providing alcoholic beverages to those under 18 as well as drunk consumers, the way to handle dangerous situations and also the responsibilities and benefits of having an RSA certification.
"Drink responsibly" is not only a mandatory phrase essential for alcoholic drink ads. Driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages is a potent factor for a life threatening accident - for the car owner, his / her passengers and people on the streets. You can actually misjudge one's alcohol intake and declare that one sip will not make any difference. More often than not, 1 drink could really make a difference when life is jeopardized. Therefore, the very next time your bartender at your preferred club refuses to serve you an additional shot of your favourite drink, it's not that he's attempting to be described as a buzz kill. He is simply doing his task.

Managing alcoholic beverages can't be carried out very easily by the servers but with the proper education, they become more liable individual. http://www.rsa-certificates.com.au

The Timeless Yi Xing Teapot
The Chinese tea pot made from Yixing clay is one of the most important and stylish features of the Chinese tea culture. It is used in the traditional method of brewing tea which can be traced back to in 15th century China. The special clay comes from the town of Yi Xing which can be found in the eastern province of Jiangsu.
The History Of The Yi Xing teapot
Archaeologists have excavated some antique teapots near Yi Xing that date back to its existence during the Song Dynasty or the 10th century. Some of these vintage teapots were intact. Based on the writings of Zhou Gaogi, an author from the Ming Dynasty, a Yi Xing monk from the Jinsha (translates to "Golden Sand") Temple created a beautiful and high quality teapot made from the clay in the area. Eventually these teapots became in demand among the scholars until word spread and the fame of the Yi Xing teapot became known.
The Teapot In The 20th Century
The Yi Xing teapot is not made in the city of Yi Xing but in Dingshan (sometimes referred to as Dingshu), which is a town within the administrative area of Yi Xing. When you visit the area, you will find an almost limitless supply of teapots sold in hundreds of shops around the streets. This has attracted a number of tourists, particularly the local Chinese. The biggest factory that produces the famous Yi Xing teapot is the Yixing Zisha Factory Number 1, which started in 1958 and manufactures high quality pottery, displaying their products in an enormous commercial show room.
How Much Does It Cost To Buy A Yi Xing teapot?
The price range of the famous Yi Xing teapot is very wide, ranging from only a few yuan to thousands. At a recent auction in 2010, a teapot was auctioned for 12.32 million. There are teapots that have been labelled as Chinese National treasures and teapots that have been collected by local museums. These teapots are displayed for viewing, and held in some esteem as some of the finest examples of the craft.
The appraisal of this particular art form is based on certain features such as, the age of the teapot, the type of clay used, the artist that crafted it, the form (or theme) and how it was manufactured. The most expensive teapots are handmade (or all hand make) with the use of wood and bamboo tools. The highly prized artisan teapots are usually made for special gifts and are rarely, if ever for sale. The less expensive teapots which are commercially made and mass produced are manufactured through the process of slipcasting or molds. There are many different forms of these teapots ranging from the traditional to the fanciful; and it is possible to find some beautifully designed, nicely rendered pots made of quality clay amid the thousands of commercially made teapots.

Exactly How to Care For and Utilize Your Yixing Teapot
The purple sand teapot is a unique artifact. Its organic quality allows the absorption of tea oils into the body of the teapot. For that reason preparing the teapot is most important, and serves as a reminder of its distinction. Another special feature is that the yixing teapot comes alive in the human hand and develops a patina that improves its beauty and value over time.
One of the unique features of purple sand teapots is that the inside of the teapot is unglazed and it consists of thousands of micro-air pores. These pots also have a thermal quality giving them the ability to maintain optimum water temperature. The teapots are able to keep the water hot longer, brew teas better and reduce oxidation. The on-going self-seasoning occurs due the pots ability to absorb aromatic oils from the tea leaves. The cumulative effect of which is said to produce tea without tea leaves. These attributes have only been found exclusively in the purple sand mined in China. For that reason, yixing teapots are most popular with serious tea drinkers and collectors.
Serious tea drinkers and enthusiasts like me use only one teapot per tea choice, and prefer this type of teapot because of this special feature. One teapot per tea is used in order to preserve the tea experience in whatever pot it was originally placed. What this means is that if I choose to drink an oolong tea in a particular yixing teapot, I will continue to drink the same oolong from that pot. The choice of oolongs must be consistent and not be mixed with any other oolongs (i.e. tung ting or formosa), as this mixing will corrupt the taste of the tea flavor already absorbed in the pot. The same applies to aged or raw puerh tea.
A serious tea drinker may decide that a teapot for each of his or her favorite teas such as a black, oolong, puerh or green tea is ample however; the water temperatures are different for the differently aged teas. Brew temperatures are as follows: Black, just under a boil at 210F, Oolong 185-195F, Puerh boiling 212F, Green or White teas 160-180F. Brewing a really good cup of tea requires different steeping times of 1-2 minutes is a general guideline and is according to taste or preference.
When purchasing a brand new yixing teapot, do not brew your tea in it until you have prepared it to receive the first steeping of tea leaves. There are shorter methods with the same outcome of fully functional micro-pores however, the following long seasoning process is outlined here:
Carefully position the teapot in a large cooker with the lid off. The pot should not be too big, but big enough to comfortably hold the teapot and the teapot lid without the lid touching the teapot. Water should cover the teapot completely. Leave the cooker uncovered.
Choose the tea that you will be using for this particular teapot as those are the tea leaves you will want to use during seasoning. Once you carefully select your pot and your leaves, you can begin.
Put your teapot in the large cooker. Remove the lid and place it (not touching) beside the teapot. Fill the cooker slowly with fresh water. Turn on the fire (med-low heat) and wait for your teapot to come to a slow-moving boil. A rapid boil may damage the teapot as the pieces may jump around in the water, hitting each other, the walls of the cooker and get damaged. If the pot is moving too much reduce the fire a bit more.
After the teapot seasons for about an hour in the slow boil, turn off the fire and let the items stand in the water for about 24 hours. This is your first boil.
After standing 24 hours, the water is cooled and you can easily take the teapot and lid out of the water and rinse off well any purple sand residue inside of the teapot and repeat steps 3 and 4 again. This is your second boil. (The teapot should be fully immersed in the tea water during seasoning. Add additional fresh water as needed to ensure full coverage)
The next day, you can take your teapot out of the water again and rinse it with hot water. Hereafter the micro-pores in your yixing teapot are open, functional and ready to receive the flavor and aroma of your favorite tea.
NEVER use any kind of soap to wash out your yixing teapot. If you do, you will be tasting soap for several cups. Hot water is sufficient to cleanse the teapot after use. Use boiling water to clean your teapot.
You should have a designated space for your yixing teapots. When you are finished using your yixing teapot, rinse with hot water and allow to air dry with the lid off. Keep your teapot away from grease, strong odors and do not put in the dishwasher. Allow your teapot to fully air dry before you put it away. Tea stains on your teapot are fine. Do not try to remove them. This is a desirable feature that is part of the patina of use, age and valuation of aging or vintage teapots.
Enjoy the journey of discovery with your teapot that is like the silent friend you have tea with. Relish the moments of drinking tea, gazing at your pot and savoring the tea within. Prepare a small space in your house for your tea drinking time, and make it your special corner of the world for as many minutes as you can. Add a tea scroll or tea picture to compliment the mood. Simple is best.

The Primary Law Of Thermodynamics Along With The Conservation Of Energy
The conservation of energy basic principle is vital on the first law of thermodynamics. This basic principle is applied to the processes which are involved in heating system and thermodynamic situations. According to the primary law of thermodynamics The internal energy system modification will certainly match the heat that is added to the system being analyzed after thejob that the system has carried out has been deducted. This particular law is employed on heat engines to help determine how much energy the engine preserves as well as exactly how much is squandered.
Typically the basic unit for a thermodynamic system will be a joule. Extremely common to find these units stated as either BTU or perhaps calories as well however. In physics a thermodynamic system generally involves adding heat in some form to a certain amount of a kind of gas. Heat causes the gas to increase, and this expansion basically does the necessary work for the system.
The conservation of energy law is employed diversely in chemistry than it is in physics, despite the fact that these are both scientific areas and disciplines. In chemistry the formula varies slightly, and instead of the work being performed by the system the equation looks at the job which is done on or to the system instead. If the system basically does the work therefore there is a gas involved that is responsible for this particular job.
If the thermodynamic system does the job with the use of gas therefore the internal power will certainly decline in the system. If ever the job is performed to the system therefore the outcome can be an increase in energy within the system instead. This is a vital variation, and it is an essential idea for anyone who is engaged with heat engines or even heating systems.
The preservation of energy law plays a great role in all aspects of physics, and this also is true for thermodynamics along with other specialties. The connection among this particular basic principle as well as the very first law involving thermodynamics is definitely incontestable, and has helped physics advance through the years. With no energy conservation law the primary law involving thermodynamics would not be feasible.
----------------------------------------------------
There are numerous more basic concepts as well as laws in physics that also use the power conservation law as the basis at the same time. See this internet site for more details http://conservationofenergy.net .

The Design of Furniture in Tudor Period 1500-1650
Copyright (c) 2012 Mathew Jenkins
"A rich ebony cabinet with gilded fixtures" and a very large ebony cabinet are inventoried among the goods plundered from Corfe Castle in the Civil War. In the check to the production of fine furniture in England, the wars and the enforced exile of many royalists, it was natural that the finest household gear should have been imported. Ralph Verney, who returned to England in the spring of 1653 and set himself to repair the damage at Claydon House, brought with him from abroad mirrors from Venice, some ebony and tortoise-shell cabinets from Holland, rich embroidered hangings and fringes for beds and couches ; while Mr. Robert Spencer, when in Antwerp in 1651, was commissioned by a friend to buy her an ebony cabinet, but recommended her instead a tortoise-shell cabinet, mounted with silver or brass, of which "the best choice is at Antwerp." With the death of Charles I. the establishment of the Commonwealth checked the manufacture of fine furniture, which was no longer " merchantable," and there is, as far as any change that can be attributed to the eleven years of the Commonwealth, a reversion to austerity and simplicity; the characteristic pieces, with the notable exception of the cabinets inlaid with bone and mother of pearl, aiming at usefulness rather than ornament. WOODS
While the extant furniture of the early Renaissance is almost exclusively of oak, there is evidence of the use of varied materials after the general abandonment of painting and gilding.' The majority of the furniture of Sir William More at Loosely in 1556 is of chestnut; a " table of fine deal upon a frame of beech " and a livery cupboard of beach and deal occur in the inventory of household stuff at Howard House in 1588, and it is evident from the constant mention of walnut that the best pieces, especially in the second half of the sixteenth century, were constructed of this wood. Bacon mentions the wood as best for tables, cupboards, and desks, etc; apart from the evidence of inventories such as the Howard House, surviving pieces such as a number of walnut buffets, and the fact that the joiners had the monopoly of making " all tables of wainscot, walnut or other stuffed, glued with frames, mortises, and tenants," is evidence of English manufacture of walnut furniture.
The walnut must have been imported, for after the Restoration Evelyn points the contrast between England and Burgundy, which abounded in walnut trees "and never one felled but a young one is planted," adding that" what universal use the French make of the timber of this sole tree for domestic affairs may be seen in every room, both of poor and rich."
Cedar, a very sweet wood and fine timber, is mentioned as early as 1586 as suitable for making 11 sweet and fine bedsteads, tables, desks, lutes, virginals, and many other things."

The Four Frequent Indications Of Dyslexia
All parents wish their children to flourish in school because doing so usually establishes how well they do in life. Some kids are born to score well in school. Others excel in the arts or athletics. And then there are children who appear to trail behind in school, regardless of whether it's in academics or extra-curricular activities. If your child appears to have pronounced difficulties in school, it's necessary not to assume that laziness or inattention has resulted in your child's scores to fall. She or he could have dyslexia, a typical learning disability that can stop your child's capacity to write, spell, read, and also communicate. Listed below are four typical signs that may indicate your child has this learning disability.
Auditory complications - Children with dyslexia can have problem comprehending precisely what is talked about in school. Phrases may sound drastically different. Some patterns or parts of a spoken instruction in class may even be missed or sound out of sorts. Typically, children with dyslexia do know for sure what they desire to convey or have the solution however they are struggling to articulate their opinions correctly.
Reversing numbers and letters - This can be one of the most typical symptoms that's commonly noticed in youngsters and generally decreases when they turn 7 or 8. Seven- or eight-year-old children who still exhibit difficulty in reading from a book and writing or copying from the board should get examined in order that experts can recommend suitable dyslexia treatment. It is possible to confirm visual dyslexia by checking out your kid's assignments to see whether their written work is disorganized. Some parents or guardians actually observe such hassle with how their children write their very own names.
Problem relating to space - Kids with dyslexia will generally have synchronization and spatial difficulties, which trigger difficulty in joining sports activities or even ordinary games. They might also have problems participating in dance classes. Confusion over right and left is also fairly common.
Emotional indications - If your kid is encountering such issues in school, it is sensible to believe that she or he may also build issues with self-esteem and social interaction. They may become withdrawn and appear to be totally disinterested in academics, becoming frustrated by her or his seeming incapacity to learn.
Things are not necessarily what they seem like. This runs specifically true with regards to your child's work in school. A badly written assignment may not be the outcome of sheer idleness. Very low test rankings don't invariably point out a complete lack of ability to learn. A consistently bad school performance is not without solutions. Some kids simply learn in a totally different approach. This is exactly why educational think-tank companies become a valuable aid, if not ally, for academic institutions across the nation.
Pay attention to the way your youngster does in class. Look for signs and symptoms of learning impairment. Gear yourself up with the necessary knowledge. And help your son or daughter prevail over whatever difficulties he or she faces in school.
----------------------------------------------------
Every child is naturally born with high intellect. But if your kids are getting low scores and marks, don't always blame it on laziness. Look for symptoms of learning disability.

IELTS Tips For Non Native English Speakers
With over 800 test centers located in about 130 nations of the world, and about four different tests in a month, the IELTS (International English Language Testing System), is among the most recognized tests globally today. Since 1989, this test body has laid the foundation for testing the proficiency of non native English speakers.
International education and employment opportunities are two major reasons why people take IELTS today. Good communication in English language is a prerequisite for these two.
The test is tailored to meet the need of the people taking it, in a way to enhance their English speaking ability, hence their is a different version for workers and professionals, as well as students.
IELTS Tasks and What They Entails
Basically, candidates for this test will have to go through four tasks which are; speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
The listening module takes 30 minutes in duration, with 40 questions in sections, packaged on a CD. The contents of the CD are played once, while test takers listen and answer the questions.
The reading module takes 60 minutes in duration and consists of about three passages which test takers must read and answer within the regulation time, as no extra time is given.
The writing module tasks test takers to write from their mind after reading a text. These writing works are divided into two and involves explanation and interpretation of data, in order to give their own conclusion.
The speaking module is a recorded interview to fulfill a particular purpose in level of interaction. The interviewer asked various questions from the test taker to test his her responses.
Some test centers allow test takers to take preparation test, before sitting for the real test, but this is just for the sake of preparation alone.
Candidates are rated from non users to expert users depending on their proficiency on the tasks mentioned above. This is called band and it given the mark 1 to 9, from lowest to highest.
The test is graded to determined whether a candidate meet up with the minimum acceptable competency for use of English language as students or as workers, and not to show whether they have failed or passed.
Common Mistakes That Lowers Candidates Performances
Candidate that fails to obey the instructions given in the test cannot score good marks, and this is the problem of many people. The assessors will look at how candidates have followed the rules and grade accordingly.
The following are things candidates must take serious.
Do not answer more or less than what you are told to do, shorter or longer words and answer will bring penalization. Longer essays means a candidate will make more mistakes, which will automatically translate to lose of marks. They do not score better or higher as some people have been made to believe.
It is unacceptable for a candidate to change the subject, omit questions, or answered in a way different from how the questions are asked. Even though these answered may be well arranged and logically presented, as long as it does not follow the guideline given it automatically means zero score.
In IELTS listening test, pronunciation of words by a candidate takes more priority over the accent used. Everybody's accent is given recognition here, but not wrong or improper pronunciation.
Candidates should not be afraid to express their mind when it comes to creative writing or speaking tasks. The examiners are looking for real life responses from them, so they expect different views, since everybody don't think the same way.

Creating Early Intervention Strategies For STAAR
Public education in the United States is older, even, than the country itself. The first public school opened in the English colony of Boston, Massachusetts in 1635 and remains today as the oldest public school in the country (Boston Latin School, which boasts five pupils who were signers of the Declaration of Independence). However, mandatory free education provided by the government was not the norm until the late 1800s and early 1900s. By the 1980s, only 1 percent of students in the U.S. were enrolled in schools outside the government education system, and while that number has gone down in subsequent years, the vast majority of students are still part of the free public education system in America.
As the trend toward public education has grown over the years, states have constantly worked to create standardized testing that accurately evaluates students' knowledge and understanding of the curriculum. Texas has recently implemented a new system, the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR).
What is STAAR?
In April 2012, Texas switched to the new State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness, replacing the old Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS). The new system keeps TAKS tests in place in grades 3-8, then implements new end-of-course (EOC) tests for 12 different math, science, English, and history classes beginning in high school.
When the STAAR system was announced, creators acknowledged that the tests are harder than previously administered TAKS assessments, and are intended to push students toward a higher level of achievement. Since the program was rolled out, Texas educators have discovered that the harder tests have resulted in more students who require extra assistance to reach the required level of understanding a comprehension to pass the new EOC tests.
Intervention Strategies
For students who are struggling to keep up with their peers on the new standardized tests, parents, educators, and administrators are looking for effective Response to Intervention strategies (commonly abbreviated as RtI) that will address the specialized needs of those students, aiming to bring them to a higher level of achievement.
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) provides educators with student progress monitoring tools, which help identify students who require additional attention. The state RtI system includes three tiers of intervention--beginning with a core curriculum aimed at teaching students the required material to pass the tests.
Students who fall behind are identified for Tier 2, where they receive more individualized attention in groups of 5-10 for 20-30 minutes a day, from either the classroom teacher, a specialized teacher, an external interventionist, or a paraprofessional (as determine by the school). Students who do not respond to this level are moved to Tier 3, where they receive instruction in even smaller groups of up to three students for about an hour each day. Learning strategies are tailored to each individual student for maximum impact.
In addition to the RtI system, many private companies offer products for teachers, educators, and parents that can help identify struggling students and provide strategies that will help students to catch up to their peers on standardized assessments.
Educators hope that the RtI strategies will result in more effective learning and instruction within the classrooms, giving every student access to the best possible education based on their individual needs. Effective RtI strategies help identify students with learning disabilities, creating a better support system as early as possible, and resulting in a more effective system of collaboration among all educators while improving overall school achievement.

The History of Foreign Influences on Tudor Period Interior Design 1500-1650 Part 1
Copyright (c) 2012 Mathew Jenkins
To the "taste of the upper classes for foreign things alone," which is animadverted on by Richard Mulcaster, is due the formative foreign influences of the sixteenth century in England. During the reign of Henry VIII., the influence of the Italian Renaissance was grafted into the native stock, and the history of English decoration from this time onward is the record of an imperfect but progressive assimilation. Foreign travel began in the reign of Henry VIII., and Hoby remarked on the number of Englishmen he met in every Italian city.
Many minor Italian artists and craftsmen figure in building accounts, and Italian artificers were admired in Tudor England as being "the finest and most inventive workmen of all others." Of the immigrant Italians, Torregiano, who was entrusted with the making of Henry VII.'s tomb, was the most celebrated; of the immigrant Germans, Holbein. The contract for King Henry VII's tomb was made in 1512, and it was finished some time before 5th January 1518-19. Another Italian, Benedetto da Rovezzano, probably came to England before 1524 and contracted with Wolsey for a magnificent tomb, which was not to be inferior in workmanship or cost to that of King Henry VII. - But Wolsey was not to lie beneath the tomb he had ordered; Henry VIII. confiscated the monument, and work on it was resumed by Benedetto and his assistant, Giovanni da Maiano, who modeled the terra-cotta roundels of Roman emperors at Hampton Court.
Toto del Nunziata, who is believed to have been the chief decorative artist employed at Nonsuch, was nearly forty years resident in England, and Nicholas Bellin, called " moulder" as well as "painter," who had worked at Fontainebleau, was also for a considerable time in this country. Names of other Italians, Girolamo da Treviso, Guido Mazzoni or Paganino, and others appear in the King's service, but their work has disappeared without a trace. Many of the lesser men were stuccoists, makers of decorative ornament, colourers of sculpture, painters of heraldic designs, badges, and accessories for masques and pageants, like the English painters of the period, but doubtless more accomplished.
The greatest of the immigrant artists was the South German, Hans Holbein, who came to England in 1526. It might have been expected that he, the master of all arts, would have founded a school here. He had a practical knowledge of the various branches of the arts for which he supplied working drawings; he "modeled and carved, was excellent in designing ornaments." He invented patterns for goldsmiths' work, for enamelling and chasing of plate, arts much countenanced by Henry VIII. Of his architectural work, there remains a design for a chimney-piece, once in the collection of the Earl of Arundel, which was probably designed for the palace of Bridewell.
In the upper stage are panels of ornament, a cavalry combat, and medallions of Charity and justice; in the lower stage are Esther and Ahasuerus within a wreathed roundel, a cavalry combat and medallioned heads in the spandrels above the semicircular arch.
The surprising thing about this quite considerable immigration of foreigners is that it did not affect the architecture of England. Nonsuch was a Gothic fabric gemmed with the Renaissance statues and bas-reliefs, and the lines and principles of late Gothic architecture ruled here in spite of the acceptance of the new detail.
Italian detail was, however, adopted, and the somewhat attenuated grace of Italian ornament blended with the general lines of Northern design. In the choirstalls of Christchurch, Hampshire, dating from about 1528, the panels forming the back are headed at the top with eccentric Renaissance devices, and the medallioned heads are varied here and there by Gothic detail.
Pure Renaissance detail appears on the tomb of Henry, Lord Marney, in Layer Marney Church, and the similar work at Oxburgh, on the Countess of Salisbury's chantry, Christchurch, and elsewhere in the south-eastern counties of England, especially in the neighbourhood of Winchester and of Southampton, a town which was for two centuries the centre and port of Italian trade in England.
The largest and most complete early Renaissance work in spirit and execution, however, is the screen in the chapel of King's College, Cambridge, which must have been made between 1532 and 1536, from the presence of the initials and badge of Anne Boleyn, but there is unfortunately no record of its construction. But with this exception, the extant early Renaissance ornament appears to be the work of some Italianate Low Countryman or Englishman rather than of an itinerant Italian. The ingredients of Italian ornament of the cinquecento are there the candelabra, the vases, the wreathed and medallioned heads, the foliage-but there is an odd incongruity in the tentative northern treatment of the human figure; the "naked children" of the accounts of the building of Hampton Court oddly translate the Italian putti.
The medallioned heads vary from presentment of Roman emperors and oriental potentates (such as are frequently illustrated during the early Renaissance by continental engravers) to entirely fantastic personages grotesquely treated.
The Italian influence was partial and transient, depending, as it did, On the limited activity of a number of highly skilled craftsmen, and with the close of the first half of the century there is an end of detail of unmixed Italian origin. The succeeding influence from the Low Countries was longer-lived, and spread to every nook and corner of the country.
This was to some extent due to the close religious and commercial ties between England and the Low Countries during the second half of the sixteenth and early seventeenth century; but to a much greater extent to engravings and pattern books, to the importation of furniture, monuments, and carved wainscot. Italy was far off and was not an exporting country; while the Low Countries, with the port of Antwerp as its fair and focus, was our nearest and best market.
The Flemish immigration, which was not, then due to religious persecution, was already an offence to Londoners in Henry VIII.'s reign. The fire burst into flame in the evil May Day riots against the strangers and artificers who resided in the realm, to the, great detriment of the English craftsmen, who could "scarce get any living." A certain John Lincoln, who led the disaffected Londoners, complained that "the Dutchmen bring over iron, timber, leather, and wainscot ready wrought; nails, locks, baskets, cupboards, stools, tables, chests, and painted cloths, so that if they were wrought here Englishmen might get something by it." The rioters rose on the night of the 30th April 517 and looted the houses of the stranger artificers.
The uprising was unsuccessful, and Low Country immigrants and goods continued to pour into England by way of Antwerp. Guicciardini gives a valuable account of the extent and value of our trade with Antwerp in 1568. To England Antwerp exported jewels, wrought silks, tapestry, glass, small wares made of metal, and household furniture, among other commodities, and the annual importation into Antwerp about this date amounted to more than 200,000 pieces, a sum which was invested in Low Country goods adapted for the English market.
The correspondence of Sir Thomas Gresham and his agent, Richard Clough, shows to what surprising extent English buildings were indebted to the Low Countries in the matter of design, decoration, or materials. Sir Thomas employed a Fleming, Henryk, for the building of the Burse, or Royal Exchange,' and all the materials, down to the statue of Queen Elizabeth and the paving stones, were shipped from Antwerp under his direction.
The Royal Exchange was not the only building the Flemish master workman had a hand in, for Gresham lent him to Cecil in the latter part of 1567. Richard Clough, who had lived in Flanders, built his small house, Bachegraig, in Denbighshire, in the Flemish style, and of Flemish materials.

Strategies Of Successful Teachers
Teachers who have successful classrooms will often use a variety of different teaching strategies. Because each child learns differently and has different needs, a teacher must be aware of different ways to teach each type of student. Many strategies have been developed in order to compensate for the different ways that students learn. A student will no longer have an unsuccessful educational career if they don't learn in the typical way of most students; new lesson plans and assessments offer a variety of learning tools for every different student.
Along with using various teaching strategies in the classroom, it is imperative that teachers understand the core curriculum and its goals. State standards are often set for each subject to ensure that students are learning the necessary pieces of each topic and subject. CCSS, or Common Core State Standards has worked to provide a clear and concise list for students, parents and teachers to better understand what is expected from each student with each specific subject.
Focus On A Wide Variety Of Strategies
One example of a new teaching strategy is to make lectures more interactive. By giving the students a chance to participate in the discussion, you encourage them to pay closer attention and become more involved in their learning. While asking simple questions during a lecture may not accomplish your goal, there are ways to implement strategies to make interactive learning more effective. Bringing students into the teaching process and encouraging them to figure out the answers on their own gives them a stake in their education and will validate their ability to discover things on their own.
Another strategy that has proven to be effective in all learning environments is a role-play technique. Encourage students to put themselves in differing positions and to come up with the answer on their own. By putting themselves in someone else's shoes, especially someone they may disagree with, they are given the chance to consider another point of view and learn how to understand other's emotions and thought processes.
Successful Classrooms
Successful teachers with good classrooms will typically use a variety of strategies in order to meet the needs of all the students. With new research and resources being developed, it is possible in a single lesson plan to reach out to many different types of learners and give them a positive experience in the classroom. Many students who don't learn in traditional ways are discouraged and belligerent in educational situations. By using different strategies that appeal to a broad range of learning styles, you can engage and encourage all the students in your classroom.

Science Critique Paper And Its Conclusion
Whenever a research is conducted and documented, it is a very technical process. It involves a lot of hard work and struggle. You have to keep in mind all facts and figures related to the research. You've to maintain about how the flow goes and what outcomes were generated. It is a proper procedure based activity. The documentation for this research is called a critique paper.
Often it is mandatory for science students to write critique paper. When you go through the process in your educational career, it will help you much in your professional life. There are many research papers available in digital libraries and on the internet from where you can have an idea that how it looks like. Here we will discuss some procedures that need to be observed while writing the conclusion of a critique paper.
When you write a critique paper, it is more like a case. You have to state its pro and cons in front of the audience and give a fair writing for ease of analysis. Focus on important points but don't ignore the facts and hide the negative points. The paper will mainly represent some statement that will be based on someone's previously done work or a relatively new idea. The whole paper will be revolving around that objective and your writing would be supporting the objective. Do highlight the point of analysis.
It should truly be based on some facts and figures. Be realistic and rational. Don't talk about imaginary stuff. Although, when we talk scientifically, we often assume stuff. But keep in mind the assumptions should be realistic, not like unicorns. The most important point, your conclusion should be connecting to the theory stated in the whole paper. It is not accepted nor appreciated that your paper and conclusion of that paper don't match. The idea discussed, facts stated and details given should be reflected in the conclusion.
One bonus point, if you support your case with evidence. By this I mean that the discussed facts can be complimented by the supportive material. The supportive material can be data quoted, like if you say from research ABC. Be specific and don't take anything and everything as supportive material and later attach that with your work. It will give a desperate impression. It will decrease the credibility of your work and also its reliability will be at stake.
Once you are done with your critique paper, now it is up to your audience how they assess it. You can give a formal supportive presentation to elaborate your work. A research paper should be written well, presented well and defended well. If you are weak in any of these three mentioned, it can be critical for you educational journey. Many scientists and students have shared their work online. You can get an idea by observing them as well.

Intelligence Studies Enhance Corporate Security Programs
Investing in today's economy can be challenging and stressful. Managing a proper investment portfolio requires diligence and research into potential pitfalls or goldmines. In much the same way, corporate security requires the same diligence in providing a secure environment for the potential risks that may befall a company. In order to ensure the best possible results in corporate security programs, intelligence studies provide an effective method of identifying the risk that may cause businesses harm.
Corporate security programs can refer to two distinct groups, one being the actual security program of an organization, but most often the term refers to an area of study at a university or other institute of higher learning. In either case, the concept of corporate security focuses on asset protection and the overall safety and security of the company and its employees. The security program works to properly manage the risk portfolio of the company while allowing the company to remain flexible.
In order to properly assess the risks to a company, both active security officers and students of corporate security need to understand and incorporate intelligence studies during the assessment process. The security team plays an important role in addressing potential problem areas so decision makers have the proper understanding of the presented information and can make decisions accordingly.
Intelligence studies is a concept taken fairly recently from military and national security applications and is now being applied to the business world. Intelligence studies are a way to offer students the ability to take information (gathering or collecting) and filter the unneeded portions to identify only the facts that have importance to the company. The intelligence may be for a specific topic or for general purpose, and the information must be analyzed for importance and then again to see how the intelligence can be used. Recently, the term strategic intelligence has been applied to the collection process where it represents a strategic approach to the intelligence operational cycle.
Without analysis, companies can go into information overload and inundate themselves to a point of reduced effectiveness. The opposite is also true, and without a strategic approach to information collection, needed intelligence is not obtained, leaving an organization vulnerable. Security programs are no different, as inefficient security programs often lead to unnecessary expenses, wasted time and product loss. Intelligence studies help hone the information process, leading to faster and more effective results.
Information can be gathered from any number of sources, many in the same manner as military operations. Because of the very nature of intelligence collection, any school teaching intelligence gathering should also include a class or classes on the ethical, moral and possibly legal ramifications of intelligence gathering. This focus on professionalism keeps intelligence gatherers from violating laws or other issues that may place a company at risk.
Intelligence studies are becoming a focus of attention in academia due to their application in so many factors within the private and public workforce. The ability to understand the intelligence cycle enables precise collection of data and information that can be vital to the development of a product or growth of a company. Universities that offer corporate security programs provide key elements of knowledge to understanding intelligence studies so that existing programs can be enhanced or programs can be created. Without this essential knowledge, companies can spin their wheels addressing issues that might not truly be issues or that could have been addressed more effectively. In short, intelligence studies, when added to a corporate security program, offer a significant return on investment to both students and administrators.

Selecting A Competent School For Your Child's Well-Rounded Advancement
Picking a school is one of the most important decisions any parent can make for their kids. Talk to your professors. Things are a little different when you get to college. Your teachers are more approachable, and you can talk to them during their office hours. This gives you more time to ask questions, but you can also learn more about what drives them. They can help you with ideas for your career after you are done with college as well.
Develop a system with your roommate for studying. Decide on certain quiet times each day for your dorm room so that it can be used for studying completely. If you or your roommate know these times, you can make the conscious choice to stick around or leave the room.
Try studying for exams with your friends. Studying alone can be beneficial, but there is strength in numbers, especially when others need to learn the same material as you. Try setting up a schedule and picking a place to meet that works for everyone. Do this regularly can help everyone involved do well on their exams.
If you are looking for a way to pay for college, do some research on scholarships. Many corporations and affinity groups set up scholarships that college applicants can apply for, based on a certain set of criteria. You may be surprised at what you can qualify for. Do not rule out an opportunity before you look into it.
Many students take advantage of credit card offers while away at school, especially if they aren't employed. Unfortunately, this just sets you up for massive debt and damaged credit. Even low introductory rates are just that--introductory. Fees and balances add up quickly, creating a dangerous situation. If you absolutely must have a credit card, stick with only one card.
Make sure that you get as much sleep as possible when you are in college. This can sometimes be tough, as there are usually a lot of things going on. Try to aim for at least six hours of sleep so that you can be on the ball at school and with your social life.
Flip-flops aren't just for politicians! Be sure to wear your flip-flops every time you use the dorm shower. They will protect you from getting athletes foot; however, don't stop there. Be sure to dry your feet thoroughly after showering and use a medicated powder. Pay special attention to the area between your toes. Find Military Intelligence And Strategic Security With The AFOSI
There are many intelligence and security agencies within the United States federal government. Many of those agencies are often referred to as "three letter" agencies because of the familiar three letter abbreviations that have come to be so well known, such as CIA and FBI. In addition to the more familiar agencies, the different branches of service have their own intelligence and security agencies.
The United States Air Force, for example, has the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). The AFOSI is a federal law enforcement and investigative agency that conducts criminal investigations and provides counterintelligence services. In this respect, the AFOSI is like many of the three letter agencies and military intelligence. Indeed, the stated mission of the AFOSI is essentially to identify, exploit, and neutralize criminal, terrorist, and intelligence threats to the Air Force.
To execute its mission AFOSI focuses on threat detection. Threat detection efforts include investigating crimes of espionage, terrorism, and technology transfer and computer infiltration. In addition to threat detection, AFOSI performs a number of other functions such as criminal investigations, economic crime investigations, and cyber crime investigations. Because of its breadth, AFOSI requires a diverse range of professionals who can offer specialized services within the strategic security field. Some of these professionals include technical specialists, polygraph personnel, behavioral scientists, computer scientists, and forensic advisors.
In a sense, AFOSI resembles a little bit of other agencies all put together. For instance, AFOSI has a function similar to the FBI with its criminal investigative and counterintelligence function. The FBI utilizes forensic experts and other professionals to investigate and solve crimes, but the FBI also executes a major counterintelligence function which the AFOSI does as well. The AFOSI resembles the NSA in its cyber threat detection and deflection. The NSA is almost synonymous with cyber functions. The focus AFOSI places on threats from adversaries and terrorists resemble the CIA and DIA. These agencies work to gather useable intelligence about adversaries that can be used by leaders to make decisions. All of these diverse functions come together in the AFOSI.
This one agency underscores the broad nature of the strategic security field and increasing development of counter terrorism careers. As can be seen, AFOSI is not just military intelligence. To the contrary, AFOSI has a broad strategic security mission that spans the spectrum from criminal, counterintelligence, and counter terrorism. Those who work for AFOSI are active duty military, reserve personnel, and civilians. Though military intelligence can certainly be aligned with AFOSI, it does not define it.
Because of the broad mission and diversity of professionals who work for AFOSI, this agency is a source for counter terrorism careers. As can be seen from the discussion above, there are a wealth of possible counter terrorism careers in this agency because of its broad mission. Students trained in counter terrorism, intelligence, or strategic security can find work in these and similar agencies. Students can find this skill set at the few online universities that offer degree programs in strategic security.

A Liquid Cup Can Be Expressed In Lots Of Ways
Do you know the number of ounces in a cup? What about the number of teaspoons that a cup can take? 1 cup of liquid can be expressed in numerous different means, utilizing many liquid measurement terms. There are 2 major measurement systems that are utilized these days, the metric system and the English system. The metric system for measuring liquids uses teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, pints, quarts, and gallons. The English liquid measuring system utilizes English teaspoons, English tablespoons, English teacups, English breakfast cups, Imperial pints, Imperial quarts, and Imperial gallons.
The measuring system that is used is a vital distinction, and at times you may have to convert a measurement from one system to the other. One cup of liquid in metric measurement will be around 5/6 of a English breakfast cup. The Imperial pints, quarts, and gallons are around 1/6 less than the metric pints, quarts, and gallons. These ratios could help if you want to convert a liquid back and forth between metric and English measurements.
One cup of liquid may also be called other names within the same measuring system as well, depending on who wrote the ingredient list of formulation . Several recipes and formulas may call for 8 ounces of liquid rather than saying 1 cup of liquid . Others might utilize the word half a pint to point out that 1 cup is needed. Each individual may have a chosen term or type of measurement that is employed, and this may be different for the individual reading the list then it was for the individual who created the recipe or list .
For as long as the right amount of liquid is used it does not matter how this amount is indicated. Whether you consider it 16 tablespoons, 8 ounces, or half a pint the final outcome is that you're using 1 cup of liquid in every case . Being able to convert an amount from one form to another is an extremely helpful skill that may be useful in many unexpected ways .
While a liquid cup can be indicated using numerous different names there are some common terms used. Few people would likely write 0.236 liters of milk in a recipe, and would normally just use 1 cup or perhaps 8 ounces. Instead of referring to 3.785 liters it is simpler to make use of 1 gallon.
----------------------------------------------------
With all of the obtainable conversion equipment and resources that the Internet provides it is extremely simple to convert liquids from 1 type of measurement to another one in just a several minutes. Check out this blog site for more pointers: http://ouncesinacup.com .

Display Nizami Ganjavi:12th-Century Poet from Azerbaijan Showcased in U.S.
During the month of December, the Karabakh Foundation cosponsored a series of events dedicated to the great poet of Azerbaijan Nizami Ganjavi (1141-1209 C.E.) in cooperation with the Nizami Ganjavi International Center and the Library of Alexandria (Egypt). Events focused on a display of some 50 Nizami Ganjavi manuscripts that date to the 14th-19th centuries.
The exhibition Nizami Ganjavi: Legacy of a 12th-Century Poet from Azerbaijan was produced in collaboration with experts at the Alexandria Library, as well as at Oxford University; Yale University; Cambridge University; Greek National Library; Kashmir University and its world-famous Allama Iqbal Library; HH Aga Khan Museum; Victoria and Albert Museum; Metropolitan Museum; Turkish National Library; Kyrgyz Academy of Sciences; Georgian National Parliament Library; Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences; and more than 160 other institutions.
This exhibition was inaugurated by the U.S. Ambassador at Large for Global Women's Issues H.E. Melanne Verveer in Baku, Azerbaijan. In Tbilisi, Georgia, the traveling exhibition was shown under the auspices of the First Lady Sandra Roelofs, as well as Prof. Dr. Giuli Alasania, Chairwoman of the Caucasus Friendship Association; in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, under the auspices of former President and first female head of state in Central Asia Dr. Roza Otunbayeva; and in Ankara, Turkey under the auspices of former President Dr. Suleyman Demirel; in Ganja, Azerbaijan, under the auspices of the Mayor of Ganja Mr. Elmar Valiyev.
On December 3, guests at the historic Josephine Butler Parks House in Washington, D.C., ushered in the Nizami celebrations in an intimate setting that fostered discussion of the great poet. Dr. Ismail Serageldin, the Director of the Library of Alexandria in Egypt and its Head Librarian (the first person in 1,600 years to hold the position of Head Librarian), spoke eloquently about the poet's intellectual impact on generations of literary figures and poetry lovers worldwide. Conversation among participants extended into Nizami's record of progressive thought ranging from anti-slavery sentiments to advocacy of women's suffrage.Video taken at the event reveals the beginnings of a wave of appreciation for Nizami in the U.S. The Karabakh Foundation is preparing to develop public appreciation in conjunction with the Nizami Ganjavi International Center via digitization of the manuscripts and a range of public programs.
The second exhibition was held December 15 at the KF headquarters. Invited guests brought to bear a range of scholarly and humanist interests that underscored Nizami's significance in the modern age.
The lavish splendor and exquisite detailing of the Nizami manuscripts hint at the enormous impact of this master poet over centuries. Nizami lived and worked during a golden age of Azerbaijan, marked by significant literary and architectural expansion--the age of the Turkic dynasty of Ildegozid atabegs, who ruled the Great Atabeg State of Azerbaijan, nominally part of the Turkic Great Seljuk Empire.
Considered a sage, Nizami mastered and synthesized various fields of Islamic thought, from astronomy to mythology, and also produced a substantial body of lyrical romantic poetry written in a colloquial style. He was also proficient in many languages; aside from native Azerbaijani Turki, he was well versed in Farsi-e Dari (literary Persian) and Arabic and he also seemed to know Greek, Hebrew, and Pehlevi, among other languages. He wrote his Khamsa (Quintet of epic poems) in Dari, which according to Oxford professor and Nizami expert Julie Scott Meisami was the lingua franca for poetry in the Turkic Seljuq Empire in that era, although in those poems he used some Azerbaijani Turkic words as well. He wrote his poems in a colloquial realistic style that captured the spirit of upheaval he witnessed.
Among top admirers of Nizami were Turkic-Indian poet Amir Khosrow Dehlevi, Tajik-Persian poet Jami, Uzbek-Chaghatai poet Ali Shir Navoi, Azerbaijani Turkic poet Fuzuli, and German poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.

STARR: Overcoming Challenges in Public Education
Since the late 1800s, states in America have been required to provide free public education for students, and in 2010-11 there were 49.5 million students in public elementary and secondary schools--the highest number on record in the country's public school history--according to the National Center for Education Statistics. This number is expected to increase by 7 percent, to a new peak of more than 53 million by academic year 2021-22.
In order to ensure that each school is providing the same quality and level of education, most states have implemented a system of standardized testing that measures students' comprehension and ability to apply the things they learn in the classroom. While many people acknowledge that standardized testing has its flaws, most also agree that there must be a measurement tool for assessing students achievement, and until a more effective system is created, standardized tests will remain.
Standardized Testing in Texas
In Texas, students are measured using the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR). Prior to its introduction in Spring 2012, Texas educators used the
Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS). Today's STAAR test Texas program retains the TAKS tests students in grades 3-8, but replaces TAKS tests for high school students with new end-of-course (EOC) assessments in 12 different math, science, history, and English courses.
Where We Stand, a 2006 report from the Texas Comptroller's Office, indicated that the Lone Star State ranked 49th in verbal SAT scores nationally, and 46th in average math SAT scores, indicating a need to improve standards to better prepare Texas students for post-secondary education. The state also ranked 36th for high school graduation rates with only 68 percent of students obtaining this achievement. The new STAAR tests, as acknowledged by the creators, are more difficult than previous TAKS tests in an attempt to bring students to a higher achievement level and shrink the gap between Texas students and those in other states.
Resources for Educators, Administrators, and Parents
The more difficult testing standards mean more students require assistance in order to achieve the expected test scores. To meet the needs of these educators, parents, educators, and administrators need effective educational resources that prepare students for standardized tests.
On the TEA website, educators can find basic information about the new STAAR test Texas system, including frequently asked questions and answers on how the new testing system will better prepare students for post-secondary education readiness and make Texas students competitive with peers nationally and internationally. Brochures with basic information about how the system works are available to download and order.
There are also private companies providing testing and academic readiness resources for students and parents, including practice exams, critical thinking exercises, and more. These additional resources can give students the edge they need to be more prepared for taking exams in every grade, including the new EOC exams for high school students.
Any new system will encounter challenges and difficulties as it is integrated into the public education system, but Texas education officials hope that the new standards will bring students up to a more competitive level against their peers throughout the nation, better preparing them to go on for post-secondary education.

A Corporate Security School Enables Students to Understand Global Security
When it comes to the global economy, it should be of little surprise that banks rank as the largest stockholders of the global market. Based upon recent rankings, banks such as Goldman Sachs, Vanguard and JP Morgan, have a disproportionate ownership of the global economy. For these companies, global security is not just a catch phrase, but an absolute need in order to operate. Due to the potential benefits these corporations offer, many individuals will try to obtain employment from these corporations, but only a few will succeed. One way to improve the chances of top-rated security employment is to obtain an education from a top-rated corporate security school.
The United States is heavily involved in overseas ventures and deploys hundreds, and often thousands, of diplomatic and military personnel to various regions of interest. Just as often, and arguably more often, private businesses engage in the same type of operations, but for financial stability as opposed to political stability. Each corporate employee assigned overseas takes a risk, but it is up to corporate security to identify potential threats to the employees and the company in order to mitigate those risks.
Global security is often understood to be the international relationships of countries and how they interact and impact each other. For corporate security these political relationships can indicate possible problems that might impact the corporation's operational ability. It is in this way that global and corporate security training provides the understanding of how international relations and security directly affect corporations.
Historically, global security was taught at the military level or by on the job training within a corporation. Due to the necessity of such training, corporate security schools are becoming established in order to increase the knowledge base of future security practitioners. A properly vetted and accredited corporate security school offers a detailed look and analysis of the global issues faced by corporations and government alike and prepares students for jobs in both sectors.
A corporate security school should provide training as to the liabilities that are likely to be encountered from various situations in the global setting. Most U.S. laws are not enforced outside our national boundaries, so area studies should be taught in order to understand the importance of knowing the laws, customs, business practices and potential government involvement of the host country. While much of the ability to obtain such information applies to business aspects, it also assists with the security plan of the corporation.
Global security has been the focus of attention for many years. Large corporations have placed strong footholds in countries that once offered little to the rest of the world. As the economic borders increase, so does the opportunity for foreign groups to cause harm to U.S. based interests. In order to understand the culture of globalization, it is encouraged for anyone with interest in the security field to go to an accredited and quality corporate security school. The knowledge obtained from such a school will provide foundational education into this vast new employment field.

Art of the Gong Fu Cha Tea Ceremony
There is a long association between the Chinese tea ceremony and the yixing teapot. Gongfu tea is a traditional Chinese tea ceremony. Gongfu cha quite literally means making tea with skill. Fu cha tea ceremonies trace their roots back to the eighteenth century and are practiced throughout Taiwan, China and Hong Kong as well as in the United States. If you don't drink tea, learning the traditional art of making tea will inspire you to learn about tea.
Although it might seem complicated, the entire ceremony takes about 10 minutes to carry out and usually tends to no more than four guests.
Instruments Needed for Fu Cha Tea Ceremony
The tools and equipment needed to perform the tea ceremony are as follows: brewing tray to contain spills; bamboo tongs, a scoop and a tea needle; a caddy contains the tea leaves for the ceremony and unused tea should be returned to the original packaging; tea cloth made of linen or terrycloth towel which are usually dark color and folded appropriately; tea kettle for hot water; small pitcher for pouring water from the tea kettle to the yixing teapot; teapot and cups can be yixing ware or made of porcelain.
Steps of the Fu Tea Ceremony
Step One - Warm the Teapot and Teacups After the water is boiled, pour the hot water into the yixing teapot and replace the lid. Use your index finger of one hand to hold the lid on the teapot while using your thumb and fingers of the other hand to hold the teapot handle. Fill the tea cups by slowing pouring water into the cups, moving from left to right and then reverse until the cups are filled with hot water. Next, take the bamboo tongs and lift up the first cup and pour the hot water from cup to cup, allowing the water to spill over the edges. Remove and dispose of the excess water.
Step Two - Prepare/Rinse the Tea For the perfect tea, water temperature for tea should be 195 degrees for light oolong tea and 212 for dark oolong tea. Allow guests to see and smell the aroma of the tea in the caddy. Using the bamboo scoop, take a heaping scoop full of tea and let the guests see them before pouring the tea into the center of the teapot. Pour boiling water into the teapot in a circular motion, taking care to hold the water no more than two inches above the teapot and replace the lid. Pour off the water, but leave the lid open slightly to prevent the tea from cooking.
Step Three - Brew the Tea Fill the teapot with hot water, replace lid and wait six seconds. Using the bamboo tongs; empty the teacups of the warming water. Serve the tea. You can repeat step three if you have additional tea to brew and serve.
Step Four - Cleaning Up This is an important step in the ceremony and should be carried out. First, remove the tea and using hot water, rinse the teapot and lid, then allow to air dry. Do the same with the tools.
