Parents who want nothing more than to locate a school that is capable of molding their child into bright individuals with all the qualities necessary for leading a successful life should consider coed boarding schools. Any live-in sytle of learning institution should be able to offer a child a wonderful education and the chance at great success in their chosen career, but this does not necessarily mean that they will grow into happy, sociable people. However, since your son was never afforded the opportunity to live and work alongside women, he may never build an honest understanding of them, and his relationships with women will suffer.
In the real world, your child will be constantly exposed to the opposite sex, whether at the office, at social events, and - if they ever plan to start a family of their own - at home. In order to truly prepare your child for the real world, you need to consider sending them to an institution that best resembles the real world, on top of giving them the best education they can get, and such institutions are called coed boarding schools.
Sending your children to coed boarding schools does not guarantee that they will be friends with everyone they come across or become employee of the year, but they will have a much greater opportunity to do so. Book smarts and job skills are only a portion of being a successful person who leads a happy life, so when it comes time to choose your child's school, also consider how your choice will affect their social skills and how well they get along with the rest of the world.
