3. Friendly. Not too many people know that a friendly janitor, librarian, or school doctor instantly serves as a source of comfort for young people in school. Young kids, especially, take to adults who take the time to talk to them and ask how they're doing outside of the classroom.

5. Having a great sense of accountability. This basically means that they have good standards for the way they behave and live, because they know that as the adults in school, students can learn from them and emulate their actions.
